RESIDENT HANDBOOK

INTRODUCTION TO THE HANDBOOK

This Handbook is a summary of the Governing Documents which are available on this website. It should be further noted that this Handbook, although a reliable daily-use guide prepared with care and caution, does not replace our Governing Documents which take precedence.

New Owners: You should have received a binder that included copies of our Governing Documents from the seller prior to the escrow closing process.
New Tenants: Your landlord should have notified you that you would be living in a development governed by a Homeowners Association and that you would be obligated to abide by its CC&R's and rules. You should have been given a copy of them as it will help you to get along with the neighbours and enjoy living in our community. If you didn't receive them you should contact your landlord and ask for copies.

In the event of a dispute, residents are advised to consult our Governing Documents or check with York H-G, regarding amendments made.  From time to time changes may be made to this handbook and we will usually notify you of changes. However, it might be useful to revisit now and again to ensure you have the latest version.
